Who Are We?
The “Technocrats of Egypt” group is a group of independent Egyptian experts and professionals, residing in various parts of the world for several decades in most fields, with various specializations, including university professors, jurists, doctors, engineers, businessmen and others, Christian and Muslim women and men, who have the knowledge and experience that It qualified them to reach the highest positions in their specialties in the countries of exile, most of which are in the West. None of the members belong to any Egyptian parties. And by virtue of their positions and the multiplicity of their experiences, they have extensive contacts with the various sectors of the societies in which they live and work, and on multiple levels. Therefore, they are completely stable in their positions and do not need to seek any external resources or positions, which makes their loyalty to the Egyptian national cause pure loyalty, which is the basis for the formation of the League.
The group is interested in including women in working with them and encouraging the Coptic brothers to participate in defending their rights to patriotism. The group has worked for three years on relations of friendship and respect and has prepared comprehensive programs to be applied in Egypt without the military. And the programs are practical, that is, they are not slogans, so you do not say that we will increase the national income only, but you say how? It does not say that the system of government will be parliamentary and not presidential, but it explains the strategy.
The programs branch out from politics and economics to specific applications such as dentistry and its services in Egypt or animal husbandry in Egypt. The group began to move from preparing programs to taking over campaigns, including the initiative to review and cancel debts, how to confront the Ethiopian dam, and the formation of an unofficial lobby in America to communicate with Congress, the Biden administration, compensation issues for the people of Benishangul, and other practical steps.
Egypt deserves the better
The Technocrats of Egypt Group opened the door for membership to benefit from the people of knowledge and high professional experience from Egyptians outside Egypt in all fields and inside Egypt if there is safety. The group welcomes cooperation with all opposition currents, groups or individuals, provided that independence is maintained and not merged, as well as maintaining the highest level of professionalism. It is important for the group to be a turning point in the nature of the work towards changing Egypt, and for it to be a qualitatively different organization than what is on the scene now while maintaining respect for all.

Egyptian Technocrats Code of Ethics
Preface
In view of the great role that Egypt's technocrats play in communicating the truth to public opinion, in monitoring and accountability, and spreading the bare truth to the public without discrimination, with professionalism and objectivity, which the Egyptian regime has been lacking for decades, and as a contribution to the renaissance of Egypt to keep pace with global developments in all fields on a purely scientific basis.
In view of the absence of inclusive and regulating laws for the work of technocrats as a promising institution, there has become an urgent need for a code of honor for technocratic members to which the signatories adhere morally without discrimination, to elevate this group to the ranks of institutions that adhere to the ethics of teamwork that our societies lack.
Accordingly, the technocrats group approved, after rounds of discussion, between the various orientations and components, and in agreement with each other, to devote a set of principles, through a charter that contributes to creating a state of balance and stability for the group, and for the good, growth and advancement of Egyptian society, hoping that all concerned will respect it. What is stated in it, and commitment to it, and we have called it the Code of Honor of Technocrats.
Article 1: Definition of technocrats
The "Technocrats of Egypt" group is a group of independent Egyptian experts and professionals, residing in various parts of the world for long periods of time in most fields, with various specializations, including university professors, jurists, doctors, engineers, businessmen, and others, Christian women and men. And Muslims, who have the knowledge and experience that qualified them to reach the highest positions in their specialties in the countries of exile, most of which are in the West. None of the members belong to any Egyptian parties. And by virtue of their positions and the multiplicity of their experiences, they have extensive contacts with the various sectors of the societies in which they live and work, and at multiple levels. Article 2: The mission of the technocrats
Technocrats have a sublime message that cares about the truth and its mission is to spread it and deliver it to the public without discrimination, freely and professionally based on scientific foundations, impartiality and sincerity.
Article 3: Comprehensiveness of this charter
This charter includes all technocratic members without discrimination, and also includes member practices outside the scope of dealing with the group to distinguish from others with science and ethics in order to deliver the message of technocrats without alienating members from society.
This charter also includes members’ dealings with each other in accordance with this charter, taking into account the upgrading of technocratic ethics in communicating information and differences in viewpoints in a manner befitting this group, and the interdependence of members together in their external dealings and with others falls within the comprehensiveness of this charter.
Article 4: Sources and Principles of the Charter

This charter is based on the general ethical principles established in international charters, declarations, and covenants. These principles are, for example, but not limited to: accuracy, correctness, and credibility in information, objectivity, integrity, commitment to independence, respect for truth and freedom of expression, observance of balance, fairness, and pluralism, and giving to the components of society. Correct information and communicate it smoothly and easily by any means without offending them.

All members who sign this charter must not submit to authorities and political organizations, take into account the accuracy, integrity, and privacy of the public, as individuals and groups, and respect their right to obtain information, and not discriminate between groups of the public, because of religion, sect, sect, race, language, or gender. , culture or color, respecting freedom of thought, belief and expression, and promoting participation and communication between the group and the public.

Members of the technocrats must be careful when carrying out their work in an ethical and professional manner, faithful to credibility and integrity, and that the member distinguishes in what he writes or publishes of scientific material, between abstract scientific truth and opinion and personal ideas, in order to prevent confusion and respect for him, and to communicate ideas according to his personal convictions.
Article 5: The Technocrat's Ethics

In the exercise of their work, members of the technocrats must respect the basic general principles proclaimed in covenants, covenants, and international declarations, especially those related to preserving human dignity, preserving the rights of people with special needs, and incompetent for legal or health reasons, and dealing with children and minors with caution during work, and not be exploited, specifically those provided for in the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Technocrats should refrain from talking about any matters that encourage crime, violence, hate speech, sectarian, ethnic or regional incitement, family disintegration, violence against women, or human trafficking, and seek justice and civil and global peace. And the delivery of information professionally and on a purely scientific basis.

Members of the Technocrats shall, during their dealings with each other, adhere to the following:

Investigating the scientific and professional truth and conveying the facts honestly and honestly without ignoring or cutting them off.

Professional integrity and acting in accordance with the interest of the public and prioritizing it over the interest of technocrats.

Respecting privacy and not harming individuals or institutions as a result of transmitting the correct information in a scientific way, and respecting their desire not to disclose their names or addresses for moral or security reasons.

Not to release prejudices, and to be precise and clear in the terms and expressions used in dealing with members or with others.

Avoid humiliation, slander, and defamation of individuals, groups, or institutions and organizations.
Article 6: Solidarity of the signatories
The signatories to this charter shall stand in solidarity against any violation or threat against the members, especially if this violation is due to compliance with its provisions.
Article 7: Advocacy of the Charter
This charter calls on all technocrats to sign and abide by it from the moment it is signed.
Article 8: Commitment to the Charter
The signatories to this charter are committed to all the articles mentioned above, and this commitment is followed up by the legal committee authorized to investigate the member based on an indictment filed by the Higher Committee of Technocrats.
Article 9: Penalties
In the event that any member of the technocrats violates any of the provisions of this charter, the Legal Committee has the right to dispense with his work if it is related to the rest of the members in order to preserve the group and its members, or to suffice with what it deems appropriate in terms of procedures against the member, and the assessment of the position will be for the Legal Committee.
And if the matter relates to a breach of the general rules and principles of the group, the member is investigated and confronted with the breach he committed, and he is warned if the matter is not serious, but if it is otherwise, he is permanently expelled from the group.
All members are committed to the decisions of the Legal Committee regarding the member, and the members' communication with the dismissed or dismissed member after the decision is made in person.
Article 10: Interpretation of the Charter
When any member objects to any article or paragraph of this charter, he submits a request in the periodic weekly technocratic meetings to request the Legal Committee to interpret the necessary items or paragraphs.
