A warning letter to the Saudi government, asking it to stop supporting the current Egyptian regime

Egypt Technocrats Group calls on the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to immediately stop participating with the Egyptian regime in the seizure of Egyptian public property under any name, because these measures are carried out in violation of the Egyptian constitution and law, as well as the resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly.

In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful..

His Excellency the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Washington

We are Egypt Technocrats Group, a non-profit organization registered in Denmark. We are a group of scientists, lawyers, university professors, doctors, engineers, businessmen and other Egyptians at home and abroad who have great records in their scientific and professional specialties.

We, as a group of technocrats of Egypt, closely monitor what the Egyptian regime is doing on behalf of three million twenty-five thousand three hundred and seventy-nine citizens (3,025,379) of the people of Egypt, who issued and signed for us three million twenty-five thousand three hundred and seventy-nine powers of attorney.

We have assigned the people of Egypt to represent them before all governments, international organizations and all international entities to nullify all the illegal actions of the current Egyptian regime. This cautionary statement is in the name of all of them, and with them the rest of the Egyptian people who are affected by these actions.

Based on these powers of attorney, we have established a law to forgive the debts that the Egyptian regime borrowed from the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. We have also proven the complicity of these parties with the regime in concluding contracts that violate the Egyptian constitution and that they are committing the crime of money laundering with the participation of the Egyptian regime, which is an internationally criminal crime.

“The Egyptian regime has, in violation of the constitution, appropriated the public property of the state by establishing (the Sovereign Fund - which is, in fact, a special presidential account in which Sisi acts alone) and has illegally transferred all public property and Egypt’s assets to this account.”

In addition, the Egypt Technocrats Group stopped an agreement between the Egyptian government and the Euroclear stock exchange in November 2021, after we sent this organization a “legal notice with legal grounds based on the Egyptian constitution and international law regarding the illegal actions of the Egyptian regime, and they searched and contacted us and The agreement, according to which the Egyptian regime would have received $350 billion in return for squandering constitutionally protected public property, has been halted.

TheEgypt Technocrats Group sent a legal warning to the Egyptian government, the President of the State and the Egyptian Parliament, warning them that the Egyptian people consider their actions a violation of the constitution and the laws of the country and that sooner or later the people will say their word and everyone will be held accountable for the disastrous mistakes that are being committed against the Egyptian people.

Newspapers have read about the visit of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and of course anyone can realize that the reason for the visit is to financially support the Egyptian regime, which is on the brink of economic collapse.

We are writing this letter to inform you of the following:

First: After the great revolution of the Egyptian people on January 25, 2011, the Egyptian people got rid of a corrupt, dictatorial regime. The Egyptian people will sooner or later get rid of the dictatorship of an armed group led by Sisi that does not work for the interest of the Egyptian people.

Second: Some countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council support the Egyptian government, not the Egyptian people. They have reduced Egypt to a simple group that assumes power and provided aid, the effects of which were not reflected on the Egyptian people, but rather on a specific group, which increased poverty and oppression in the country.

Third: Some countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, with facilities provided by the ruling authorities in Egypt, have acquired some public property in Egypt in violation of the Egyptian constitution and law as well as the resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly with regard to money laundering resulting from the illegal sale of property that the seller has no right to. in this behaviour.

We would like to remind you that the Egyptian Constitution, Article 34 states that “public property is inviolable and may not be infringed upon, and it is the duty of every citizen to protect it according to the law.”

On the sixteenth of December 2022, the International Monetary Fund approved a loan to Egypt with a new debt. The fund has openly announced that you are about to acquire Egyptian public property at an amount of $14 billion.

We would like to remind you that the Egyptian Constitution, Article 34 states that:

“Public property is inviolable and may not be infringed upon. It is the duty of every citizen to protect it according to the law.”

And also Article 157, which states:

“The President of the Republic may call for a referendum on issues related to the supreme interests of the country, in a manner that does not contradict the provisions of the Constitution. And if the call for a referendum relates to more than one issue, the people must vote on each issue separately.”

We also remind you, as you know, that the Egyptian regime did not demand a referendum on the disposal of public state property, which is considered one of the supreme interests of the country.

Also, since we are Egyptian citizens, we defend and will defend the property and capabilities of the general people of Egypt. In which the regime acts unconstitutionally and does not comply with the laws in force in Egypt now.

Based on the aforementioned facts, you, and the Egyptian regime, are intentionally committing the crime of money laundering according to the International Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities, Volume 3, Issue 1, January 2013.

The Egyptian regime has, in violation of the constitution, appropriated the state's public property by creating the "Sovereign Fund - which is in fact a special presidential account in which Sisi disposes of unilaterally" and has illegally transferred all public property and assets of Egypt to this account.

Accordingly

The Technocrats of Egypt sends you this warning letter and demands that you stop supporting this system financially because the people of Egypt will not be responsible for this money that the people do not know the ways to spend it, as the lack of oversight leads to the spread of corruption in all sectors and this is clearly visible.

"We ask you to immediately stop participating with the Egyptian regime in selling, acquiring or appropriating Egyptian public property under any name, because these procedures are carried out without the support of the law."

We also ask you to immediately stop participating with the Egyptian regime in selling, acquiring or appropriating Egyptian public property under any name, because these procedures are carried out without the support of the law. This matter is not, is not, and will not be accepted by the Egyptian people, who are no longer powerless.

And we inform you that this system will disappear sooner or later, and all these violations will be reviewed, and things will be corrected and put in the right way, and all these properties that were unlawfully seized will be returned. We are very determined to do so.

We also inform you that everyone who helped this regime to seize the property of the Egyptian people without right or without the support of the law will be prosecuted and to demand all compensation for the damages caused to the Egyptian people. And with this legal warning, we prove beyond any doubt that we are not hostile to anyone, and at the same time we do not agree to the appropriation and theft of the Egyptian people's money from any party.

Finally, we would like to inform you that we do not seek a legal dispute with anyone, and that we consider the Arab countries to be sister countries, but we only seek to protect the capabilities of our people and do not interfere in the matters of any country, and we must deal with each other in accordance with the laws and special constitutions in every country.

We thank you for your kind understanding of our position.
